Iceberg

Icebergs are interior sculptures. By connecting mountains, it is possible to build mountain ranges, mental landscapes made of glass. The surface of each recycled glass object is unique. Thus, each object has a unique character, a soul. Sculptures are handshaped, signed and numbered in Finland. The main philosophy behind the Iceberg sculptures is to reflect the climate change. Therefore the material used is recycled glass.

UnBespoke

UnBespoke is an investigation into the use of natural limestone in the production of a modular table accessory that can be arranged in a variety of formations. The design stems from a famous mathematical problem, the Haberdasher’s Puzzle, which solves how to dissect a square into pieces that can then be reconstituted into an equilateral triangle. When the pieces are rotated from the square to the equilateral triangle, the undulated interior edges of the initial square are revealed on the perimeter of the triangle.

Core

Core is a kinetic light sculpture in the shape of pine cone made for Kawabata Intcraft, an 84-year-old Japanese-style police office. The copper leaves on the surface slowly open and close through inner mechanical structures. At the same time, the breathing-like movement transforms the building into a living body, symbolizing a breathing heart. To present the harmony of movement and light, different materials were combined and various types of mechanism were designed.

Athletic

Inspired by the beauty of each sport, Hao has attempted to capture the unique rhythm of athletes' body movements through this illustration series. To get started, Hao simplified the complex athletes' body movements by using the simplest graphics and dialogue. Taking advantage of both traditional paintings and digital paintings, he recreated the texture of the paper and brush strokes. Through his unique illustration style, he brought out the dynamic and energetic, beautiful ethos of athletes and artists alike.

Top of Austria

The DC Tower 1 is Austria's highest building and provides an outstanding welcome gesture. A webcam at the roof continuously collects photos, over time creating an image-pool. These captured moments are arranged in real-time into vivid time-slice montages. It's all about cherishing every single moment. Sensors deliver position tracking, enabling people to influence the layouts. The LED wall in the foyer celebrates both: the location and every moment at it. Additionally it provides dialogue between the people and the building itself through interactivity.

Dancing With Nature

The Infinity Symbol conveys the concept of endlessness and greatness. "Dancing With Nature" is a public art with wind structure, Pulsating with the breath of nature, the beautiful flowing curves overlap in the space. It was constructed with three sets of Infinity Symbol are transformed and intertwined with the intention of expressing the vitality and energy of National Museum of Natural Science. Its smooth and vivid shapes highlight the infinite freedom of scientific exploration, symbolizing the growth of scientific knowledge without limitation and convey an atmosphere that is fresh and rejuvenating!
