A proposition of partition that utilize conifer parts inefficiently; that is, the slender part of the trunk’s upper half and the irregular shaped part of the roots. I paid attention to the organic annual rings. The overlapping organic patterns of the partition created a comfortable rhythm in an inorganic space. With the products born from this cycle of material, organic spatial-direction becomes a possibility for the consumer. Furthermore, each product’s uniqueness gives them a much more higher value.

The idea of make up and fashion accessories immediately prompts thoughts of glamour and desirability. These designs look back to a period of rich ornament and colour. These mirrors are all part of a range of designs which allow for different usage. They are collectible as well as practical increasing the commercial opportunity. Each mirror utilizes a unique combination of materials and traditional craft techniques in achieving high quality highly decorative accessories. Hand coloured organza and use of semi precious stones bring colour and vibrancy to each piece.

Perilous

I innovate in moulded glass to create sculptures and architectural features. Colour and form language are the elemental aesthetic considerations in all work I generate, and the ability to tailor make a palette range for each project provides unique outcomes. Permanent transparency and saturation of hue coupled with compressive strength provides an ideal structural material that is characteristically activated by light and space. In researching this work I am fascinated by geometric patterns in three dimensional structures and see great potential applications in contemporary architecture

Wink

This ephemeral architecture is the common ground between architecture and art. This unique work, exhibited at the Kobe Biennial 2013 in Japan, has been designed to please the eye and meet easy-assembly requirements, zipping any of it's components to the next one making a perfect art piece that changes as you walk inside of it. The relationship between the structure itself and the visitors is quite close, since anyone can open or close any of its parts as if it was a window. The intention of this work is to show anyone how architecture can be also, lightweight and mobile.

ksd-1, Horizon

KSD-1 is a modern classic lounge chair whose design was based on vintage racecars. The composition is constructed as a vintage race car, where the main part is the chassis (to which a body and accessories are attached). The chair´s main aesthetics is the body shape, which can be materially customized to the client’s preference. The standard materials are paint-coated sheet metal and satin finished wood panels. The upholstery follows traditional racing patterns from early racecars.

Mabrada

A unique console made of painted wood with stone finish, showcasing an old authentic coffee grinder which goes back to the ottoman period. A Jordanian coffee cooler(Mabrada) was reproduced and sculpted to stand as one of the legs on the opposite side of the console where the grinder sits, creating a fascinating piece for a foyer or living room.
