Heart Maze

This is an art installation in an art workshop, a maze installation related to heart. It ostensibly looks like an exhibition for a charity jewelry event, with a contrasting black and red design that takes full advantage of the visual impact of mirrored surfaces and colored transparent acrylic. But in reality, it was a carefully curated proposal. It means that love is like walking in a maze, looking for something, you need to find the right person at the right time and find the right route (answer) to reach the final exit. And there is only one exit-lover.

Superegg

Superegg represents the rapid multiplying of single use coffee capsules, which symbolises human convenience and its impact on the environment. Appearing levitated above ground, the textured geometric superegg shape, as documented by mathematician Gabriel Lame, is dotted with random discarded coffee capsules arranged into perfect lines. The visceral experience engages the viewer from all angles and distances. Over 3000 capsules were collected via a call to action on social media and the local community. Superegg allows the viewer to peruse waste and encourages new recycling habits.

Flow With The Sprit Of Water

Often community environments are polluted by the inter- and intra-personal dissonances of their inhabitants which results in visible and invisible chaos in the surroundings. The unconscious effect of this disorder is that inhabitants regress into restlessness. This habitual and cyclical agitation influences the body, mind, and spirit. The sculptures guide, groom, purify, and strengthen the positive "chi" of a space, focusing on pleasant and peaceful outcomes. With a subtle shift in their environment, the public is guided towards a balance between their inner and external realities.

Horn

The work conveys the impression of Luye in an intuitive way. From the ancient aborigines to the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Japanese colonial period, and the Hakka immigrants, the land of Luye has the historical footprints of different groups. Nowadays, pineapple and red oolong tea are the unique agricultural products of the area. In terms of tourism, the annual hot-air balloon is the representative event in Luye. The design team links these different impressions with antlers to symbolize the rebirth and spirit of this land.

Blue Phoenix

Blue Phoenix is a sculpture comprising interlocked aluminum parts coated with a digital print pattern. It was created in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic and global conflict, and celebrates life and progress in challenging and unpredictable times. The metal core, which changes in length, rotates in a graceful arc, as if a bird is opening its wings. It is anchored by a flat base which enhances the sense of upward and outward movement. From every angle, the sculpture offers a captivating and evolving visual experience, symbolizing human resilience and endeavor.
